- Analyzing financial and operating information relating to corporations and industries.
- Creating statistical exhibits that analyze comparative financial performance.
- Building models to depict projected financial results and to value companies including LBO, DCO, PCA.
- Creating risk profiles.
- Reviewing deal SWOT.
- Developing marketing memoranda.
- Participating actively in the execution of financings and/or M&A transactions.
- Attending client meeting with Investment Bankers.
- Participating in client conference calls with Investment Bankers.
- Presenting Pitch materials to the Investment Banking team.
- Reviewing the firms"Written Supervisory Procedures" pertaining to IBD.
- Developing proficiency in performing due diligence.
- Building an Investment Banking and Private Equity Data Room.
- Obtaining an introduction to Series 7 licensing.
- Proven excellent academic record with GPA>3.2.
- Outstanding work ethic and a passion for investment banking.
- Organized, diligent and proactive; attention to detail.
- Effective writing skills to support the creation and delivery of presentations to prospective client management teams.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to quickly analyze numbers.

- Create and manage financial models and data rooms, using methods involving Python, SQL, C#, Java, and VBA
- Conduct financial/investments research and trading strategies as well asfinance and data analysisusing tools such as Matlab,R,or SAS
- Utilize various software tools to design algorithms to determine/predict the price movements of various financial securities, such as derivatives
- Collect market data and analyze data to help the firm makeinvestment decisions(develop programs to better analyze current market data and draw insights from these data to inform investment choices.
- Develop financial models and data analytics tools to help clients capture and understand business opportunities.
- Prepare financial/valuation reports and other presentation documents for pitches.
